Planning Committee
Auction Committee
Assist with soliciting items for the auction, tracking requests, follow ups to requests, item entry in auction system, and coordination of item pickup or drop off for confirmed donations. Also includes coordination of day of auction set up.
Sponsorship Committee
Assist with soliciting sponsorships, tracking requests, and follow ups to requests.
Decor Committee
Assist with planning and execution of decor for the event.
Food Committee
Assist with food planning and procurement for the event. May include pick up of food on the day of the event.
Signage Committee
Assist with design of event signage as needed (sponsorship signage, auction signage, etc. may be included).
Day of Committee
Set Up
Assist with set up on the day of Soiree. This may include moving furniture, setting up decor, picking up food, setting up food, help setting up auction, etc.

Check In
Check in guests as they arrive.
